Fiona holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Makerere University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Centre, a Certificate in Intellectual Property Rights from the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) Academy, Geneva and a Certificate from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of England and Wales. She is an Enrolled Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and a Commissioner for Oaths with over ten (10) years of professional experience in areas of Corporate & Commercial Transactions; Land Transactions and Conveyance; Contracts negotiation, drafting & Vetting; Incorporation of business entities & Registration of legal documents; Intellectual Property Registration and protection; Employment & Pension Law and Company secretarial work. Fiona has been a Board Secretary to some of the leading Financial Institutions in Uganda.
